Been to stereo shops from Texas to NY to Fla and Audio Advice has the best customer helpers I've seen. Aleksei Panov is very knowledgeable, super friendly and was amazing to talk to. I am not Mr. 200k home stereo guy but I am Mr. Audiophile on a budget and he steered me In the right direction for a 2 channel powered sub assistant... REL You must ask for Aleksei. He gives superior service.

We recently worked with Audio Advice to upgrade our home audio and television. Aleksei provided exceptional service in helping us to decide what would best suit our needs. He is very knowledgable and just overall great to work with. The installers, James and Bradley, did a wonderful job. They were professional and friendly and we could not be happier with our new system and the experience of dealing with Audio Advice.

When we built our house in 2013, we set aside a large area in our walkout basement to build a dedicated home theater. After a few failed attempts at designing the theater ourselves, found the Audio Advice website and started the process of using their online design tool. It was very good, but we wanted to take it to the next level. After contacting them, we paid the initial $1k design fee to show we were serious and they put us in touch with Nick to work with. Nick was outstanding from the very beginning. He asked a series of questions, we sent him some drawings of our space, then he went to work designing all the audio and video elements. After a few back and forth conversations, we changed direction and went with all in wall speakers except for the subs. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and understood our desire to keep the room minimalistic and focus on the video and audio. He wasn't afraid to reach out to others in the company to confirm some of the elements in our design either. We quickly got our design done and ordered all the AV equipment and seating. Often times, lighting in a theater is often overlooked and I was guilty of that. Nick had initially put together a

I recently upgraded my home theater system with Audio Advice, working closely with Don Cohen and Seth Mittleman. Their expertise and support were exceptional as they guided me through transitioning from a 16x9 to a 2.40:1 CinemaScope widescreen. Through phone calls, emails, and texts, they ensured I selected the right equipment, patiently explaining every detail. Their vast knowledge and genuine kindness made the entire process enjoyable. Thanks to their efforts, I now have a fantastic theater system, and I highly recommend Audio Advice for their outstanding sales and support. Special thanks to Don and Seth for their dedication!

Had a wonderful experience with Kevin and several others from the Audio Advice team on our home theater purchase, wiring, and install. Just top notch all the way. We were doing a whole house remodel that took over a year to complete and had MANY twists and turns. Throughout all of that Kevin was knowledgeable and patient with us as we adjusted our plan to fit the best needs of our space. The install team was one of the best vendors we worked with on our entire project. They were neat and clean, communicated well, and took time to make sure we understood how to use the new system before leaving. To top it all off, we just needed some support on a piece of equipment and they have delivered a same day solution for us! Would highly recommend Audio Advice if you are looking for exceptional quality products and service.
